Luc Yen & Yen Binh : Two processing plants producing 700,000m2 of natural marble, 500,000m2 of artificial marble, 1,000,000 tons of calcium carbonate powder (CaCO3) and 300,000 tons of gravel stone per year.

8 Gang saws for cutting blocks;
2 slab polishing line;
1 gauging/cutting/polishing line for marble tiles;
1 epoxy resin treating plant for slabs

1 Comet Bellani for Breton edge polishing machine

The resulting slabs are forwarded to one of the following three production processes:
- polishing only;
- resin treating and polishing;
- honing, filler application and polishing..
Finally, HD photos of slabs are taken and saved in the company's digital archive
Packing:
All the slabs are packed into wooden bundle, then loaded into the 20" container.
The slabs are packed in groups each group contains form 8 to 15 slabs according to their thickness.
These slabs are ideal for applications in high profile projects that call for impeccable quality of the surface.
